Well, Hello Monday

It’s here, Monday (que the horror music). I hope everyone enjoyed their weekend. I spent mine relaxing, reading, jogging, & taking naps.. A lot of naps. I spent the better part of Sunday evening getting everything ready that I’m taking today. I’ve got 2 suitcases full of clothes for a week. Hey, you never know what you’ll need right?

I’m excited because at noon I’ll be leaving work and headed to Baltimore, Maryland until Friday. I don’t know why I’m so excited because I’m going on a business trip. I think it’s because I get to trek around DC after the meetings everyday. If you’ve got somewhere that’s your fav, please tell me because I want to go. I’ll give ya a shout out on Twitter with a ridiculous photo of food all over my face or taking in a monument or two.

Inspiration to take on Monday!

How was your weekend?

I had a good weekend. On Saturday we were shopping for materials for the house and food. Then we enjoyed the afternoon outside in the sun and had some wine and we barbecued:) On sunday we worked in the basement and hang up some racks and I cleaned and washed clothes and after that we relaxed and watch some episodes of Sons of Anarchy. It was rain yesterday, so we were mostly inside:)

That sounds like a great weekend. Are you remodeling? If so good luck, that can be a pain. Yum! You can’t go wrong with wine & a BBQ. I hope you have a great day!

Have fun this week! Even though it’s a business trip it sounds like you’ll still get plenty of time to enjoy the sightseeing and foods of the city, sounds like a blast to me! Enjoy 🙂

Have a fun trip in Baltimore and D.C.! I have a friend who just went to both of those cities on a trip, too, and really enjoyed it! They said that Baltimore is so “colorful,” and there is a lot of public art and cheer.

  8. Mondays are a challenge, even though I work at home. There’s something about weekends, when I don’t do anything that I do during the week, that is awful hard to leave!
