I’m so excited about today’s 5 (& the fact it’s Friday is even better)! This week I recently started Barre & I love it! There isn’t any jumping around like in Zumba. Don’t get me wrong, I’m in a class when I can but sometimes I want something that is low impact. Barre is a mix of ballet, yoga, & Pilates. So there’s a ton of stretching and muscle building, that feels amazing I might add.
I’ve found Barre is already helping me feel better. My posture is better, my back doesn’t hurt so bad (I sit at a desk for 10 hours a day), & I’ve got more energy, which is really weirding out my friends because I’ve always been pretty intense as is, haha. Sorry guys!
